- People Operations Coordinator
- full‑time, permanent role located in our Liverpool Street office. Standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Salary:
- £33,000
Responsibilities
- Provide first line generalist HR advice and support on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures, resolving matters advising clients.
- Coordinate HR processes including onboarding, off‑boarding, absence management and performance appraisals.
- Support the wider HR team with complex processes such as restructures, TUPE, DSARs, collective consultations and more.
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) is desirable.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience coordinating and managing employee relations cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders across the Group.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
