This is a full time, permanent position located in London. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. The position is Hybrid. The salary on offer is up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Let’s talk about the role, it involves:
- Campaign Management: Build, manage and optimise all PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display and Performance Max.
- Lead Generation: Drive qualified leads for estate agency brands, ensuring cost-effective acquisition.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics (GA) and other tools to track performance, generate insights and report results to stakeholders. Influence event set-up, conversion tracking and data integrity.
- Multi-Account Oversight: Manage campaigns across multiple accounts and brands, balancing budgets, priorities and performance goals.
- Testing & Optimisation: Run A/B tests, refine targeting and continuously improve ad copy, bidding strategies and landing pages.
- Audience Strategy: Implement pixel set-ups, manage remarketing tags and build segmented audiences from site traffic for retargeting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, creative teams and regional stakeholders to align paid media with wider marketing objectives.
- Paid Social & Wider Digital Support: Contribute to paid social campaigns where relevant, ensuring consistency with PPC activity and supporting other digital channels.
We’re looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Proven experience managing Google PPC campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA), conversion tracking, and event/pixel implementation.
- Comfortable setting up account structures, tracking frameworks and scalable processes to establish a best-in-class paid media function.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Confident reporting data to stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with retargeting, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
- Estate agency or property sector experience.
- Familiarity with paid social platforms and/or programmatic is desirable but not essential.
