At KFH we are looking for a Branch Coordinator to join our Sales and Lettings team.

Role Overview

As a Branch Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the branch, supporting both the sales and lettings teams with efficient, responsive, and customer‑focused administration. You will ensure all branch processes run smoothly, from managing property files and compliance documents to coordinating marketing materials and client communications.

Responsibilities

  • Handling calls, emails, and messages professionally and efficiently
  • Preparing valuation packs, instruction letters, and property marketing materials
  • Managing property portals, compliance checks, and ID verification
  • Supporting sales and lettings progression including offer registration and documentation
  • Coordinating branch keys, petty cash, stationery, and health & safety checks

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast‑paced administrative role, ideally within a London estate agency
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to keep everything running smoothly
  • Confident communication skills – face‑to‑face, over the phone, and via email
  • A proactive, can‑do attitude and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Familiarity with using CRM systems; training will be provided on our system, Reapit
