Trainee Property Investment Consultant . This is a full-time, permanent position located on Wavertree Business Village in Liverpool.

This position is tailored specifically for people who are already working in property - whether you are in Lettings, Property Management, or running Auction logistics - and are ready to step into high-earning investment sales.

Let’s talk about the role. It involves

  • Selling investment homes: Match buyers and sellers for tenanted properties, run-down homes needing refurb, and off-market deals.
  • Working sales channels: Handle private landlord-to-landlord sales, standard market listings, and auction channels.
  • Connecting with clients: Pick up the phone and meet face-to-face with local and national landlords to build strong relationships.
  • Growing our portfolio: Find new ways to help landlords buy and sell while keeping properties under Homesure management.
  • Hitting targets: Work in a fast-paced environment focused on getting real results for clients.

We’re looking for individuals with qualities such as

  • Industry experience: A solid background as a Lettings Agent, Property Manager, or Auction Coordinator (or similar property operational role).
  • Landlord know-how: You understand tenancy basics, maintenance issues, and the day-to-day challenges property owners face.
  • Proactive mindset: Confident on the phone, resilient, and excited by a target-driven role.
  • People skills: Easy to talk to and great at building quick, genuine relationships.
  • Driving licence: A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle for business use.
