Your role involves:
- Conducting accompanied viewings with prospective tenants.
- Managing telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants.
- Registering enquiries and efficiently scheduling appointments.
- Following up on leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Coordinating seamless move‑ins for new tenants.
- Handling payments, including deposits and first‑month rent.
- Performing occasional property inspections when necessary.
- Collaborating closely with the Lettings team.
- Nurturing ambitions for career progression within the company.
- Fulfilling any other duties deemed necessary to support the team.
Qualifications
- Preferably possessing 1 year of relevant experience, but open to candidates with potential and a strong desire to learn.
- Enthusiastically seeking a dynamic role filled with daily challenges and diverse opportunities.
- Skilled in interpersonal relations and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Showcasing clear and effective communication skills along with strong negotiation prowess.
