Uniquely positioned to be able to draw on the local experience of our national network of over 60 branches, Lomond Investment Management provides an account-managed single point of contact service for developers and investors in the build-to-rent, single-family housing, lettings, and offshore markets, irrespective of portfolio size and geographical location.

Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Lettings Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. You\’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.30pm. The salary is £24,000-26,000 pa dependent on experience.

Responsibilities;

  • Administer the progression of a new tenancy from application to tenancy start date.
  • Providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard.
  • Maintaining accurate file notes in our CRM system.
  • Liaising with third party suppliers to provide and produce property reports.
