Now, we are happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Land and New Homes Sales Consultant in our Herne Bay office.

The salary package on offer is £21,000 - £24,000 + commission. This is a part time position working Wednesday to Saturday, 10am - 4pm, 4 days a week. This is also a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The role is paying £21,000 - £22,000 OTE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represents our business to a high standard when with clients in the office or out on viewings.
  • Liaising with offices and developers to organise site visits and viewings.
  • Effective at registering clients, booking viewings, attending open days and collecting constructive feedback to relay to our developers.
  • Has the ability and confidence to call out to applicants registered on our database to secure viewings for our new home sites.
  • To learn and understand the marketing and processes we follow as support may be needed in other areas of the department occasionally.
  • Consistently achieves targets expected.
