Responsibilities- Liaise between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and estate agents.
- Ensure smooth progress of property transactions from offer acceptance to completion.
- Monitor key milestones and resolve any obstacles or delays.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Previous experience in a real estate sales progressor role preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and knowledge of UK property regulations.
