Lomond Group is hiring a hands-on People Experience Partner to support managers across Yorkshire and Scotland from our Horsforth base.

You’ll resolve people issues in real time, coach leaders through tough conversations and shape workforce change during integrations.

You’ll own ER casework, turn data into actionable insights, and partner with senior leadership on performance and people strategy.

This is a hybrid role with two days in our Horsforth office and two days across branches.
