At Lomond, our People Experience Partner does both.

The role is offered on a flexible basis, split two days at our Troy Mills office in Horsforth, Leeds and two days across our branches in Yorkshire & Scotland, reporting to the Group People Director.

Lomond is one of the UK's largest & fastest growing property services groups, and growth like ours needs strong people foundations.

This role is the hands‑on HR presence managers turn to for everyday casework, while giving our leadership team the workforce insight they need to make good calls, from resolving ER cases to shaping how we manage change through acquisitions.

  • A track record supporting dispersed teams across multiple brands or business units
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership on organisational performance & people strategy

  • Recognition for length of service, marked with special days & celebrations
  • A pension scheme to help you build towards retirement
  • Funded professional qualifications to back your development & career growth
  • Regular company socials, because we work hard & socialise even harder

If your application catches our eye, you'll have a first virtual interview with our Chief People Officer & Group People Director, then a second virtual conversation with our current Senior People Experience Partners.

The final stage takes place in person with the MDs of the regions you'd be working with.

We're looking to fill this role by 30th August 2026, though we may close it sooner if we receive a strong response.
