Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Co-ordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Hessle. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £27,500.

Responsibilities

  • The purpose of this role is to arrange and organise our trade team’s workload.
  • You will liaise between different departments and clients to ensure the optimum number of jobs are scheduled on a weekly basis for each of our trades people.
  • Booking appointments for our team of in-house trades people.
  • Responding to email and telephone enquiries.
  • Creating quotes for client approval.
  • Ordering parts.
  • Checking safety certification and sending on job completion details.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Administration skills and competent with Microsoft office.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Team player and target driven.
  • Have the current legal right to work in the UK without restrictions.
