Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator in our Herne Bay office. The salary package on offer is £29,000 OTE.

Full-Time | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | £29,000 on target earnings

Let’s talk about the Lettings Negotiator role. It involves:

• Getting to know our clients and understand their property dreams and desires.
• Leading property viewings, offering detailed and insightful information to potential tenants, making each visit informative and engaging.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive experience throughout their property journey.
• Working closely with your colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
