As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance function within an award-winning Estate & Letting Agency business which operates within the rapidly growing UK Private Rental Sector. The business model focuses on acquiring good quality regional asset managers, building these businesses via acquisition, and broadening the range of services to Private and Institutional Landlords.
For the right candidate, this is an excellent role which will enable an individual to work with multiple departments and stakeholders while providing direct value add into day to day and monthly processing.
Let’s talk about the role. It involves:
- Manage and support the regional Finance Business Partnering function.
- Challenge and support Regional CEO and Senior Management Teams.
- Regionally specific finance operations - Month end delivery with ownership across P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow Analysis.
- Ensure that all routine management information is produced in a timely manner with desired integrity.
- Preparing Forecasts and comprehensive Budget detail across specific sites.
- Review of weekly KPI/stats reporting.
- Internal / External audit support (Balance sheet recs / Income Rec / monthly schedules).
- Involvement in Adhoc Project work and tasks that could be Group or Regionally related.
- Perform any other duties which from time to time may be required to ensure the smooth running of the group.
