Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Client Manager. This is a full-time, 12 month fixed term contract located in Exeter.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Leading and developing a team of Property Managers to deliver high performance and great client service
- Managing team KPIs, running 1:1s, and supporting ongoing training and development
- Overseeing client reporting, providing insights, and building strong long-term relationships
- Acting as a key escalation point for complex issues, complaints, and disputes
- Ensuring all properties are managed in line with legal and contractual requirements
- Monitoring maintenance, large works, and operational workflows to ensure efficiency and quality
- Driving best practice, improving processes, and supporting wider business objectives
