An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Client Accountant based in Liverpool Street, London. The salary package on offer is up to £40,000 depending on experience.
Reward & BenefitsThe role:
- Handle tenant, landlord, office, and PM queries.
- Activate tenancies – raise charges, check T&Cs and tenancy agreements.
- Send initial invoices/statements to non-rent-collect landlords.
- Update rent and fee schedules on renewals.
- Manage deposit returns, de-registrations, and refunds (tenant/landlord).
- Maintain verified bank details for LLs and TTs.
- Produce portfolio, income, and expenditure reports.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role or within a finance environment.
- QPM experience essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Understanding of equal opportunities and diversity.
- Proven experience with administrative systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of the lettings and/or sales market.
