Ever tried building one learning app & one systems roadmap that both have to work for 15 brands? We're looking for a Senior Talent Digital Manager to lead our Talent Digital Innovation team from our head office at St Mary Axe in the City of London, working 3 days in the office & 2 at home, on a salary of Β£65,000 to Β£70,000. You'll join Talent Development & Digital, reporting to our Group Head of Talent Development.

Talent Digital Innovation brings HR systems & learning technology together for c.3,000 colleagues, from the north of Scotland to the south coast. If you've built your career as a Senior HR Systems Manager or Learning Technology Manager & you're ready to lead both, this role brings them under one roof. You'll make sure every system keeps improving long after go-live, & build a mobile-first learning app on top of Thrive, our learning platform.

What you'll be doing

  • Set the strategy & roadmap for Talent Digital Innovation, so every investment builds on the last
  • Lead our Digital Innovation Advisor & work hand in hand with our Group Digital Learning Innovation Manager
  • Deliver & stabilise our HR system implementations, from go-live to continuous improvement
  • Run our HR systems market review & lead any future platform migration, favouring native integrations
  • Keep our service desk, applicant tracking & reporting tools running well, with a named owner for every system
  • Bring our mobile-first learning app to life, with Thrive as the learning platform underneath
  • Shape short, personalised learning by brand, role & region for colleagues on site or on the road
  • Track what works, from app completion rates to new starter time to productivity, & act on it
  • Work with our new People Production team, so learning content & communications share one look

What you'll need

  • A track record of delivering HR or learning platform projects, from selection to go-live & beyond
  • Experience owning a roadmap & prioritising a backlog when everyone wants something first
  • Confidence managing vendors, from first conversation to contract & renewal
  • Experience leading a small team
  • Comfort using data to decide what to build next & explaining it to non-technical colleagues
  • Credibility with senior leaders across several brands, & the patience to bring them with you

Here's what you can look forward to

  • 28 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • A pension scheme to help you build towards retirement
  • Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme
  • Enhanced Family Friendly Leave covering maternity, paternity, adoption & IVF
  • Free, confidential counselling through our Employee Assistance Programme
  • Spread the cost of the latest gadgets & appliances with our Smart Tech Scheme
  • Cut your commute's carbon footprint with our Cycle2Work Scheme
  • Competitive base pay benchmarked to market
  • Recognition for length of service, marked with special days & celebrations
  • Funded professional qualifications to back your development & career growth
  • Regular company socials, because we work hard & socialise even harder
  • Access discounts at over 900 retailers through our smart spending app, plus a wellbeing centre with resources to help you stay active, eat well, build financial confidence & look after your mental health

Our process starts with a screening call with a Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by an in-person interview with our Group Head of Talent Development, then a second interview with our Group People Director.

The closing date is 15th November 2026, though we may close sooner if we receive a high number of applications. For any adjustments to the recruitment or interview process, contact Lisa Nostro at recruitment@lomond.co.uk.

At Lomond Group, we value diversity & inclusion & welcome applicants from all backgrounds, abilities & perspectives. If you don't tick every box but this sounds like you, we'd still love to hear from you.
