This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Liverpool Street office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.30pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide first line generalist HR advice and support on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures, with a view to resolving matters on advice.
- Coordinate HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, and performance appraisals.
- Support the wider HR team with complex processes such as restructures, TUPE, DSARs, collective consultations etc.
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) is desirable
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Experience with coordinating / managing employee relations cases
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
