Lettings Negotiator Chester, Cheshire

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as aLettings Negotiator.This is a full-time, permanent position located in Chester and we are offering a realistic OTE of up to £28,000.

Let's talk about the role, it involves;

• Registration and management of Letting applicants
• Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls
• Provide constructive and informative feedback to Landlords
• Generate and negotiate offers to get lets agreed
• Complete necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
• Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to process letting completions
