What's the role?
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be the face of KFH for buyers and vendors alike.
You'll guide clients through the sales process, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout.
You'll be responsible for
- Conducting property viewings and providing insightful feedback to vendors
- Managing offers and negotiating sales to successful completion
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and local market knowledge
- Supporting clients with advice on the sales process, legislation, and KFH's full range of services collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver a joined-up service
