We are looking for a detail-focused
Inventory Clerk to join our team. You'll carry out property inventory, check-in and check-out inspections, producing accurate reports that provide an objective record of each property's condition.
This role requires you to travel across a portfolio of residential properties within the
Brighton and Hove area.
You'll capture photographic evidence, identify maintenance issues, assess property cleanliness and maintain accurate records while delivering a professional service to tenants, landlords and colleagues.
