Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Trainee Property Portfolio Partner in our Reading office. This role offers a salary of up to £23,000 per annum.
Let's Talk About The Role. It Involves:
- Dealing with maintenance issues, arranging contractors, arranging access and paying invoices
- Renewing existing contracts, negotiating rent increases, creating tenancy agreements
- Deposit returns, negotiating between landlord and tenant to resolve any damage
- Administrative duties, updating excel spreadsheets, etc.
