Role Overview

You will be responsible for showing prospective purchasers and tenants around properties, some of which may be empty; others may have the Tenant/Landlord occupying the property. You will relay viewing feedback to the office, including offers that purchasers or tenants make.

Candidate Qualities

  • Smart and professional appearance and articulate, confident communication with Landlords and Tenants.
  • Excellent command of the English language in both verbal and written format.
  • Confident driver and car owner (ideally with a satnav).
