Lomond Leisure Group is seeking an experienced Group Restaurant & Bar Trainer to deliver and develop training across its multi-site restaurants and bars in central Scotland.

You will focus on improving team performance, guest experiences and maintaining brand standards.

You will work closely with Area Managers and Managing Directors to identify training needs, support onboarding, and drive continuous development across venues, ensuring high standards and operational excellence.
