Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Exeter office. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £30,000.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Organising & recommending maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects management
- Regular communication with a professional landlord over Microsoft teams and written emails
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords
- Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements
- Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers via a third party
- Support the team and your line report with adhoc queries and escalations
- Support the Senior Management Team with adhoc requests
- Take the lead in the absence of the Client Manager
