Welcome to Lomond Investment Management, part of Lomond, the UK's leading network of lettings and estate agencies. Lomond Investment Management provides an account-managed single point of contact service for developers and investors in the build-to-rent, single-family housing, lettings, and offshore markets, irrespective of portfolio size and geographical location.

This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Manchester office. You will enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer is up to £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the operational performance of the property management team meets and exceeds client expectations across the portfolio of properties.
  • Act as the main point of contact and ambassador for clients, aligning their interests and culture with Lomond and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with clients to better understand their needs and provide a high standard of service.
  • Drive a customer-centric approach to operational management.
  • Identify and capitalise on asset management and value-add opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Ensure periodic reports are submitted and presented in accordance with the required mandate.
  • Lead, manage and mentor the property management team.

We are looking for individuals with qualities such as:

  • Office Management, including direct line reporting of 5x PMs
  • Strong PBSA / BTR / PM knowledge - Experience minimum 5 years
  • Property related qualification
  • Excellent communication skills; client calls / in person meetings / face of LIM
  • Self starter, driven, leading from front and high workload
  • Positive, influential, coaching mentality
