Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our London office. You\’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. The salary range on offer is £30,000 – £35,000 Let\’s talk about the role. It involves: Managing a London-based residential property portfolio approx. 150-200 properties across multiple landlords Organising & recommending maintenance works Ensuring the portfolio remains compliant to include gas, electrical and fire safety Making regular \’check in\’ calls with landlords Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements Arrangement of inspections, inventories & check-outs of our customers Working with external suppliers to fulfil your role We\’re not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
