Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Care Worker located in Clydebank. The Home Care Worker will be responsible for providing day-to-day personal and functional care to service users. This includes assisting with daily activities, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and supporting the elderly in maintaining their independence. Additionally, the role involves communicating effectively with clients and their families, as well as working alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.
