We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in our Reading office. This role offers a salary of up to £35,000 per annum. This is a temp contract for 6 months. Let's Talk About The Role
- Meeting Landlords and Tenants to sign contracts
- Arranging safety checks and collecting completion funds
- Dealing with maintenance issues, arranging contractors, access, and paying invoices
- Renewing existing contracts, negotiating rent increases, and creating tenancy agreements
- Handling deposit returns and mediating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve damage claims
- Performing administrative duties, including updating Excel spreadsheets
