Role Overview

We are offering a dynamic opportunity to join our Reading office as a Trainee Property Portfolio Partner. This role offers a salary of up to £23,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with maintenance issues, arrange contractors, arrange access, and pay invoices.
  • Renew existing contracts, negotiate rent increases, and create tenancy agreements.
  • Process deposit returns and negotiate between landlords and tenants to resolve any damage.
  • Complete administrative duties and update Excel spreadsheets.
