The Fixed Income Division – FXEM COO Team is looking for a strategic and highly motivated professional to join the team.

What will you be doing?

1. Support the FXEM Operating Committee & Global FXEM COO team in driving business planning, business strategy and key priorities
2. Prepare analysis and presentations for senior management on business & client strategy/performance
3. Create meaningful analysis to aid management\’s strategic decisions
4. Partner with Business Heads to drive and implement strategic initiatives focused on client strategy, revenue growth, and business optimization

What We\’re Looking For

1. Well organized, detail oriented, analytical individual
2. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
3. Strong communication skills: ability to summarize complex business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity in written and oral form
4. Strong analytical skills: ability to think creatively and strategically and thrive in a dynamic work environment
5. Commercial instinct: proactive and results-oriented mindset
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across organizational boundaries

Skills That Will Help You In The Role

1. Functional experience in Investment Banking, Sales/Trading, or Strategy
