We’re hiring a Senior Network Security Engineer to build, secure, and evolve a global enterprise network.
Your mission: strengthen the perimeter and application delivery layers—designing resilient, high-performing infrastructures across firewalling, proxy, DNS, and load balancing domains.
Mission Objectives
- Design and implement new network security and traffic management solutions across global sites.
- Modernise and standardise firewall, proxy, and load balancing architectures for scale and resilience.
- Engineer DNS and application traffic flows to improve latency, reliability, and visibility.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of traffic paths (DNS → F5 → Firewall → Server) to eliminate bottlenecks and single points of failure.
- Review and implement changes under CAB discipline, ensuring stability and rollback readiness.
- Partner with Security, Platform, and Application teams to deliver end-to-end service integrity.
- Produce technical standards and runbooks for global rollout and support transition.
Technical Environment
- Firewalls: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco ASA
- Load Balancing: F5 LTM/GTM (HA, GSLB, health checks, persistence)
- DNS & Proxy: Infoblox, Bluecoat, Zscaler or equivalent enterprise stack
- Routing/Switching: Cisco Catalyst, Nexus (OSPF, BGP, VRF)
- Monitoring & Tooling: ServiceNow, Zabbix, Centreon, Nagios
Profile
- 7+ years’ experience in network & security engineering within large-scale production environments.
- Strong expertise in firewall, proxy, DNS, and load balancing configuration and lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to design and implement resilient network security architectures.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills—comfortable working across teams and under pressure.
