We’re looking for an experienced Forklift Driver and Warehouse Operative to join our Ipswich, Suffolk depot on a permanent contract, working Monday – Friday 11.30am – 8pm.

About the role:
As the successful Forklift Driver and Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient offloading and loading of cargo, maintaining our warehouse's organised environment and helping to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday working 11.30am – 8pm.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operating a forklift and engaging in manual handling activities (including container handballing) as needed.
- Picking, packing, and tracking inventory while ensuring safe offloading and loading of cargo.
- Maintaining stock levels and assisting with goods in/out processes.
- Upholding a clean, tidy, and safe working environment in the warehouse and yard.
- Supporting the wider Pallet Network team during peak business periods.
About you:
You will be experienced in working in a warehouse as a Forklift Driver and Warehouse Operative. It is essential that you hold a valid FLT licence and are available to work from Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, at our Ipswich depot. As well as relevant experience you will have good communication skills, be able to multitask and be flexible to working in a busy warehouse environment. You should be comfortable working with minimal supervision while adhering to safety guidelines and operational protocols.
