We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Auction & Business Development Manager to join our growing property business based in Battersea. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in the property industry, a proven track record in sales and new business generation, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities across property sales and auctions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and vendors
- Identify and secure new instructions
- Manage the auction process from appraisal through to completion
- Conduct property valuations and provide strategic sales advice
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities
- Represent the company at networking events and industry functions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the property sector
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the property industry
- Previous experience in auctions, property sales, & business development
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to win business
- Established network within the property market preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
