Lombard Odier Investment Managers (“LOIM”) is the asset management business of the Lombard Odier Group. To further strengthen our Operations department, we are looking for a London based Operations Analyst (Temporary Contract – 6 months).

YOUR ROLE

  • As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of the investment trade lifecycle.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Overseeing the full trade lifecycle to ensure all executed trades are accurately processed, confirmed, and settled in a timely manner
    • Booking transactions across a wide range of instruments
    • Performing daily position, trade, and cash reconciliations
    • Processing corporate action events
    • Conducting month‑end pricing and reconciliation activities
    • Managing cash and collateral requirements and ensuring appropriate funding levels
    • Liaising with internal teams, counterparties, custodians, and external service providers as needed

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3–5 years of operations experience within a hedge fund, asset manager, or bank
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Hands‑on experience with third‑party systems such as Bloomberg, DTCC, Enfusion (portfolio management system), MarkitWire, and Traiana
  • Strong MS Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Good understanding of hedge fund trade flows
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets, with particular exposure to derivatives products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High degree of flexibility with working hours to support global markets and diverse instruments
  • Quick learner, able to work independently while consistently delivering high‑quality output
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving hedge fund environment
