We are looking for a Junior Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join our in-house legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and capable litigator to gain hands-on experience across a varied caseload of property-related disputes, working in-house while benefiting from the support and reputation of a recognised law firm. The role is ideal for someone who is confident managing their own matters, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to further develop their litigation skills in a busy, collaborative, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of property litigation matters
- Assisting on more complex matters as required
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence, witness statements and settlement agreements
- Attending and representing clients in court proceedings, mediations and negotiations – rights of audience would be advantageous
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a high standard of client service
- Keeping up to date with developments in property and litigation law
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE with a solid background in property litigation
- Experience in both residential and commercial property disputes
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Able to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision
- Proactive, solution-focused and commercially aware
- Experience in general commercial disputes
This is a fully office-based role and requires daily attendance at our offices. Hybrid or remote working is not available for this position. Applicants should apply only if they meet the experience requirements outlined above.
