We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef to join our team at **Flora SW17**, a café, brunch restaurant and cocktail bar located in Tooting Market, London.
The role involves preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch dishes on weekday and weekend mornings, as well as working evening shifts on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast, brunch and evening dishes to a high standard.
- Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage food preparation and stock efficiently.
- Work effectively as part of our kitchen team.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a chef in a café or restaurant.
- Experience preparing breakfast and brunch dishes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Availability to work weekday and weekend mornings, as well as evening shifts on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Working Hours
Breakfast and brunch shifts: Weekday and weekend mornings.
Evening shifts: Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
