In this role you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that elevate LOMA’s market position and relevance, strengthen thought leadership, and position the company as an industry authority.
Responsibilities:
- Craft clear, consistent, and compelling messaging to communicate the value of LOMA’s products, services, and innovations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead the creation and distribution of engaging content across multiple channels (social media, website, blogs, press releases, newsletters, etc.), highlighting product launches, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership.
- Execute the development of high-quality Global marketing collateral (sales decks, brochures, product guides) that effectively communicate LOMA’s value proposition and highlights product Features, Advantages, Benefits or segment relevance in a highly engaging way.
- Advise the Regional Marketing Managers in their efforts to localise all marketing collateral (sales decks, brochures, product guides, customer testimonials) for relevance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance LOMA’s visibility in industry-specific social communities, forums, and networks.
- Manage media relations and build strong relationships with industry journalists, influencers, and thought leaders to increase media coverage and brand recognition.
- Oversee the global social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across major platforms.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for global communications efforts, including brand awareness, media coverage, engagement, and lead generation. Use this feedback to optimise future campaigns.
- Develop and execute a thought leadership program to enhance LOMA’s industry prominence and relevance.
- Ensure the global brand strategy is consistently applied across all communication platforms, mediums and regions.
- Manage internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet, to keep employees informed about key business initiatives, product developments, and corporate news.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, customer service, and external agencies where required.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing communications, PR, brand management or content creation, preferably within a B2B or technology-focused industry.
- Strong experience in developing and executing global communications strategies across multiple channels with a good understanding of brand strategy, corporate communications, and content development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling content for various audiences and channels.
- Expertise in managing media relations and speaking publicly at industry events.
- Experience in developing thought leadership content, including articles, white papers, reports, and speaking engagements.
- Strong editorial skills, with the ability to write and edit content that engages and educates target audiences.
- Understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to tailor messages for different international markets.
