Salary range – USD$100,000 – USD$350,000+ per annum (job title and salary are linked to the amount of assets/production under supervision) + bonus.
Starting Salary Range $100,000 which will rise quickly with an increase of AUM.

Our Investment Advisors source, help build and advise upon a portfolio of assets from international high net worth clients. A LOM Investment Advisor develops long term relationships with our clients and is their trusted adviser. Our Investment Advisors develop these long-term relationships by assessing our clients’ needs, responding to their queries, and supporting them by helping them invest their available capital in suitable LOM products and services tailored to their individual needs. They also utilise relationships to attract new clients to the firm.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
· Achieve established targets for new clients, net portfolio growth, assets and revenues;
· Build new relationships/clients through networking and cold calling. Develop existing relationships, increase client investment in LOM products and maximise commercial outcomes for LOM;
· Provide clients with expert financial advice and planning, including investments, banking products and credit;
· Deal with clients’ complex queries and support clients with products through the Group; including (structured credit, derivative margin trading, direct access to trading desks for equity and FX forwards);
· Assist clients with many other issues including assisting them with introductions to professionals in the trust, corporate service or tax advice areas including giving them advice on residency relocations;
· Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, and industry best practice;
· Control, and monitor risk of a client’s portfolio as a trusted adviser;
· An advisor for all LOM wealth and portfolio products;
· Maintain up to date and global knowledge of financial products, economics, markets and risk. Use the information to support clients by identifying concerns and opportunities.
We are looking for candidates with at least five years’ experience within wealth management/financial services and with a possibility of bringing a portable client base of offshore clients. Being fluent in a second language is advantageous. US Series 7 or equivalent is essential. Candidates must have experience in portfolio management, wealth structuring, financial planning, long-term relationship management and with an international clientele. Knowledge of all investment products in all asset classes is essential as well as an industry qualification is important.
LOM is regulated by and licensed to conduct investment business by the Securities Commission of the Bahamas and the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
