Key responsibilities:
- Apply strong technical expertise to resolve complex detail and construction coordination challenges.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications across a range of project typologies and scales.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Support compliance with UK Building Regulations and fire safety requirements.
- Use Revit to maintain coordinated technical information across projects.
Skills required:
- Between 2 – 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Track record working across RIBA Stages 4 and 5.
- Experience working on both interior and architectural projects is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
- Experience using AutoCAD and Sketch Up.
- Ability to work collaboratively, and manage workloads effectively.
