About Us
Lolly has been working with a range of interesting and exciting brands, both regional and national, for 20+ years. Our talented in-house team of creatives, designers, copywriters, coders, digital gurus, and account directors make magic happen; we have everything under one roof.
We are big thinkers, strong dreamers, sharp as a button – but know how to reflect, evolve, and make waves for the brands we champion daily. Our client portfolio has it all, from big brands to small brands. Whatever the size, our mantra is to live and breathe our brands and build strong relationships.
Role Overview
As our Digital Designer, you will be a key member of our Studio team, tasked with creating visuals for a varied portfolio of B2C and B2B clients, particularly in the food and hospitality sector. You will be confident using Adobe Creative Suite, creating memorable content across social and digital campaigns. We think the right person, with an eye for detail, flair for design, and passion for creative marketing, trumps experience.
Key Responsibilities
You will create scroll-stopping digital content to enhance social media campaigns, using everything from Reels and stop-motion to video edits that bring ideas to life. As part of the creative team, you will contribute to brainstorming sessions, sharing fresh ideas and concepts to help shape client briefs. You will also take projects from start to finish, working both on your own and as part of a team, meeting client briefs, deadlines, and preparing files ready for output. From time to time, you may also be asked to support print and packaging projects, adding more variety to your work.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Confident editing video content for a range of platforms – from short social reels to longer brand stories.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and client briefs closely.
- You recognize an effective marketing campaign and get excited by the latest design trends.
- Being active on social media is desirable, but not essential.
- You have a keen eye for detail and an enthusiasm to turn visions into reality.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple clients with varying priorities.
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
Benefits
A vibrant and creative work environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, access to training and development programs, team Pilates on Tuesdays, and biscuits often.
