We’re big thinkers, strong dreamers, sharp as a button – but know how to reflect, evolve, and make waves for the brands we champion daily. Big brands, small brands, cardboard box – our client portfolio has it all. Whatever the size, our mantra is to live and breathe our brands and build strong relationships.
Role overview:
As our Designer, you will be a key member of our Studio team, tasked with creating visuals for a varied portfolio of B2C and B2B clients, particularly in the food and hospitality sector. Confident using Adobe Creative suite, you will be inspired by both print and digital, creating memorable content from packaging to socials, and everything in between.
We think the right person, with an eye for detail, flair for design and passion for creative marketing, trumps experience. So, as long as you know how to edit videos and design basic graphics, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
- Design projects:
- Execute design projects and develop creative briefs, both on your own and as part of a team, including working to client briefs, meeting deadlines, and preparing files ready for production, whether in print or digital formats.
- Design digital content to enhance social media campaigns (organic and paid) including the use of Reels, stop motion and videos.
- Contribute to creative team meetings, sharing ideas and concepts for clients’ briefs.
A LITTLE ABOUT YOU:
- Strong knowledge of Abode Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects/Premier Pro.
- Confident editing videos to add a new dimension to content.
- Adept at designing for both print and digital campaigns.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and client briefs closely.
- You recognise an effective marketing campaign and get excited by the latest design trends.
- Being active on social media is desirable, but not essential.
- You have a keen eye for detail, and an enthusiasm to turn visions into reality.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple clients with varying priorities.
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
BENEFITS:
A vibrant and creative work environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth. Competitive salary and benefits package. Access to training and development programs. Team Pilates on a Tuesday plus biscuits often.
