We're building an AI-native creative tool for performance advertising — the goal is to become the go-to platform for ad creatives and creative strategists. We're launching with a cloning feature (pick a competitor's ad, swap in your product and actor, get a new version ready to test), but the product scope is much bigger than that.
We're a small team with a working product and real traction in the ad creative space. The founder built a D2C brand to significant revenue using paid social in under a year — Lollipop is the productisation of that expertise.
What you'll do:
- Own the entire product design surface — from the core ad creation workflow to onboarding to output review
- Take a functional product and make it feel polished, intuitive, and fast
- Design landing pages and marketing assets that actually sell the product — this matters as much as the tool itself
- Design for a second consumer-facing digital product (different brand, same company)
- Work directly with the founder and CTO — no layers, no committees
What we're looking for:
- Strong Figma skills — this is where you'll live
- A portfolio that shows product/UI work (not just visual/brand design) — we need to see how you think through flows and interactions
- Experience designing SaaS tools, dashboards, or creator/editor-style interfaces
- Can design a landing page that converts — not just looks good
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage environment where things ship weekly
- Based in London or able to work hybrid from London
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with the ad/creative industry
- Experience designing AI-powered products or tools with generative workflows
- Experience with high-converting DTC or ad-powered product flows
Full-time role, competitive salary + equity. You'd be our first design hire — real ownership over how the product looks and feels from day one. Please include a link to your portfolio when you apply — it's the main thing we'll look at.
