About us: We provide specialist Mobile Elevating Work Platform independent service support and LOLER/GA1 inspections to a range of businesses. We are official Distributors for Sinoboom, Dinolift, Palazzani & Navigator brands and we stock and sell the full range of equipment. THE JOB:
- Service, repairs and inspections on a wide range of powered access equipment on customer sites and in workshop if required.
- Problem solving, fault finding, preventative maintenance.
- Diagnosis of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment issues.
- Provide robust and prompt technical support to customers.
- Complete job documentation accurately - prepare and submit detailed service reports, including documentation of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Compliance with the necessary health and safety protocols required for the job.
- Adherence to our company's systems and processes as required.
THE SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Industry knowledge is essential - strong technical & safety knowledge of powered access product.
- Knowledge and experience of electrics, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Experience working within the plant equipment industry required.
- Experience working with forklifts / telehandlers / tracked equipment is an advantage.
- Time served with ideally 3 years experience.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Well organised, good time keeper, polite, ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
