THE JOB: Service, repairs and inspections on a wide range of powered access equipment on customer sites and in workshop if required. Problem solving, fault finding, preventative maintenance. Diagnosis of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment issues. Provide robust and prompt technical support to customers. Complete job documentation accurately - prepare and submit detailed service reports, including documentation of work performed, parts used, and time spent. Compliance with the necessary health and safety protocols required for the job. Adherence to our company's systems and processes as required.
THE SKILLS REQUIRED: Industry knowledge is essential - strong technical & safety knowledge of powered access product. Knowledge and experience of electrics, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic systems. Experience working within the plant equipment industry required. Experience working with forklifts / telehandlers / tracked equipment is an advantage. Time served with ideally 3 years experience. Excellent problem solving skills. Well organised, good time keeper, polite, ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
