Lola’s is now operating over 35 outlets and a significant online business with an extensive range of cakes and cupcakes including many vegan and gluten-free options. - To develop new food products and improve existing offerings as demanded by the market and trends.
- Lead factory trials for new products to ensure that products are only progressed where truly feasible without risk to product integrity, technical standards and commercial viability.
- To be aware of and continuously develop understanding of trends, consumer behaviours, insight and new opportunities which may present business opportunities for the company’s brands or customers.

- Cycle to work scheme.
- A great pension scheme.
