We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic baker with experience (whether commercially or from home baking). As a friendly, family‑run company, we make sure to look after all our team and offer great opportunities to learn new skills and progress within the company through a structured training program. Internal progression is evident everywhere across the company; indeed, virtually all management started in junior positions.

About the role:

  • Shift is from approx 6am to 2-3-4 pm (depending on the day, subject to change).
  • Required heavy lifting (20kg).
  • Advantage: experience in baking sponges/cupcakes/cakes.
  • Advantage: ability to mix scones, cookies & bread.
  • Great attention to detail of process and can manage the section alone during busy times.
  • Maintain stock level of their own section and coordinate well with other sections.
  • Approachable and always happy to learn new products.

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience in baking.
  • Good communication skills, along with an ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment that is sometimes very busy.

You will need to have and present the correct right to work documents for working in the UK to be employed.
