With a thriving online business and a growing social presence, we’re looking to take our TikTok Shop to the next level by bringing operations in-house. We’re setting up a dedicated TikTok studio and are looking for a super organised, creative and hands-on TikTok Shop Manager to run it. The Role As our TikTok Shop Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our TikTok Shop and live shopping events , ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be at the heart of growing this exciting channel – managing content, operations, presenters and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: TikTok Shop Management Oversee the TikTok Shop backend: keep products and listings updated, ensure pricing, stock, and assets are accurate. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations. Manage and respond to customer service queries via TikTok Shop. Live Shopping Events Plan and run 2–3 live shopping events per week (Mon–Wed 6–9pm). Set up and manage the in-house studio and filming logistics. Source, brief and schedule presenters/hosts for lives. Ensure products are prepared, live scripts and talking points are ready, and broadcasts run seamlessly.
