We’re looking for a creative, highly organised and proactive Content Coordinator Intern to support our team across content creation and social media for an initial 3-month period, with the opportunity to progress into a full‑time role. This is a hands‑on position for someone eager to build experience in a fast‑paced, social‑first environment, and who isn’t afraid to get stuck in, be bold, and confidently bring their creative ideas to life.
In return, we’ll invest in your development: you’ll get direct mentorship from our Social Media Manager, be trusted with real responsibilities from the start, and have a clear pathway to a full‑time position if the placement goes well.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting on content shoots across multiple locations, including on‑site, in the bakery, and in our office studio
- Supporting the organisation and execution of social shoots, including:
- Creating shot lists
- Ordering products and props
- Coordinating with team members and external talent
- Independently shooting TikTok content – this includes being comfortable and confident on camera yourself (this is a key part of the role, so please only apply if you’re happy with this)
- Researching trends and spotting social opportunities, reporting insights and turning those insights into timely, relevant content
- Editing short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms
- Managing our content calendar, ensuring posts and stories go out on schedule across all channels
- Supporting community management across platforms, including responding to comments and messages
- Writing engaging, on‑brand copy for social media
- Designing and creating assets for Instagram posts and stories
- Experience with analytics and performance reporting
- Exposure to influencer or UGC outreach and coordination
- Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital trends
- Confident both behind and in front of the camera
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple tasks
- Some experience with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Hands‑on experience across the full content creation process, from ideation to publish
- Mentorship from an experienced social media manager
- A working portfolio of real content published to a large, engaged audience
- A thorough understanding of social strategy, content planning, and community management in a consumer brand environment
- A genuine opportunity to convert to a full‑time role at the end of the placement
