Full Time Front of House Staff

Compensation (After Probation Period):

• Basic Salary: £30,500 per year
• Tronc (Service Charge): £8,000-£9,000 per year

Lola & Co is a family-run Spanish Tapas restaurant in the heart of Tetbury.

Following renovations to expand the restaurant in November, we are looking for Front of House staff to help give quality, friendly, and attentive customer service to our clientele.

We value the experience of our customers who come to our restaurant to enjoy premium quality food and beverages in a relaxed and warm environment.

Your job will involve:

Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patrons

Running food and drinks

Offering advice on various products

Cleaning the restaurant and bar

Making drinks

Engaging with customers and taking orders

Restocking the bar

Polishing

Wages are distributed monthly alongside an equal split of tips according to your hours.

We offer a staff discount of 20% off food.

No previous experience required; all we ask is that you are keen to learn

Weekly hours: Between 30-35 Hours.
