  • Performing basic inspection on goods in to ensure we have got what we asked for.
  • Proactively checking our external partners have the Lola supplied parts they need.
  • Preparing components and equipment for vehicle builds, testing and race events.
  • Responsible for ensuring stock accuracy in our ERP system & champion its effective use.
  • Supporting logistics for vehicle build, test programmes, customer events, and race weekends, including occasional travel.
  • Helping maintain high standards of health, safety, and workshop organisation.
  • Being the person the team relies upon to know where everything is.

What we are looking for:

We are less interested in job titles than attitude.

You will be a “car person” who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership of problems and has genuine satisfaction in keeping everything running smoothly.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience with automotive, motorsport, manufacturing, or engineering parts.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using stock control or ERP systems.
  • A practical understanding of automotive components and assemblies.
  • Effective communication skills and the confidence to work with engineers, technicians, and suppliers.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A willingness to occasionally travel to support testing and events.

Why Lola?

This is an opportunity to join one of motorsport’s most recognisable brands during one of the most exciting periods in its history.
You will work alongside passionate engineers, technicians and innovators developing world class vehicles in a fast paced, collaborative environment where every member of the team makes a visible impact.
If you are passionate about cars, enjoy solving problems and want to play a key role in bringing exceptional vehicles to life, we would love to hear from you.
